Canada Skilled Visa

ALBERTA IMMIGRANT NOMINEE PROGRAM (AINP)

There are two categories of AINP Skill Visa: Alberta Opportunity Stream (AOS) and Alberta Express Entry Stream (AEES)

If you get employed in Alberta, John Hu Migration can provide you an immigration service so you can stay and work in Hong Kong until the PR approval. If you get IELTS 6.0 or above, the application time can be less than 1 year !

MANITOBA PROVINCIAL NOMINEE PROGRAM (MPNP) SKILLED WORKERS STREAMS

There are many ways of migrating to Canada at a lower cost and faster than Stream A. There is a wide range of jobs that do not require similar qualifications. You can also flexibly gain work experience from your spouse, and you can apply for PR within one and a half years. On the other hand, Stream A is a 2-year study program. You may apply for PR after 3 years. During the study period, there was no income in Hong Kong and no full-time income in Canada. Therefore, the opportunity cost was too high.

SASKATCHEWAN IMMIGRANT NOMINEE PROGRAM (SINP)

Through this category, the SINP can nominate skilled workers who want to live and work in Saskatchewan. You’ll need to meet the SINP criteria and have factors that will help you settle successfully in Saskatchewan, including score a minimum of 60 points out of 100 on the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) point assessment grid.

EXPRESS ENTRY (EE)

Under the Express Entry system, Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) will invite people to apply for permanent residence based on the information they enter in an online profile. You cannot apply directly to any of these programs unless CIC sends you an invitation to apply (ITA). If you are planning to apply to one of these programs after December 31, 2014, you can learn more about how Express Entry works.
