Application Requirements
- Contribution of €650,000 to the Maltese Government
- Investment of €150,000 in government approved financial instruments (bonds, stocks, debentures) for 5 years
- Lease a property with a minimum annual rental of €16,000 for 5 years
- Aged 18 or above
- No criminal record
