Introduction to Employment-based Immigration EB-3
There are three categories of EB-3 immigration, by which eligibility for specific types of employment visas are based on factors such as education, skills, and work experience.
- Skilled Workers: At least two years of work experience or training.
- Professionals: Have earned a bachelor’s degree in a field related to the occupation.
- Unskilled Workers: Must be able to perform unskilled labour (with less than two years of training or experience).
